The Internet Is Loving This Family’s Adorable Wall Decor
If you ask Jaylan Jordan what his favorite part of his aunt and uncle’s new home is, he’d tell you about the four clocks they have hanging on the living room wall. These clocks don’t tell time, per se — but they do tell a beautiful story.
Down to the very second, the clocks immortalize the time of each of Jordan’s cousins births. Above the clocks, the words “In these moments, time stood still …” and a photograph of his aunt and uncle on their wedding day make this sweet DIY more of a family mural than a piece of decor. The cute factor has the Internet on its knees.

When Jordan tweeted a photo of the clocks, the idea quickly went viral — with nearly 15,000 retweets and 3,500 likes, it’s safe to say that we’re about to see variations of this photo wall everywhere. Twitter is already on it.
Now about 7080 ppu and counting will most likely steal it from you!

Turns out, the original idea for the project came from the mecca of online decor inspiration. “My aunt saw it on Pinterest, did it and boom, it blew up,” Jordan told GoodHousekeeping.com.

Although everyone is jumping on the idea for its decor genius, there’s a sweet backstory to this specific project. As one user shrewdly pointed out, Kanye and Josiah were born just under four months apart. Jordan explained on Twitter that all four children were born before his aunt and uncle got married, which makes this photo wall a celebration of a blended family coming together as a single unit. What a great way to bring step-siblings closer, right?
Now, excuse us while we collect all the broken clocks in our home…
